Alex brings 40 years of hospitality, a diverse culinary knowledge and a passion for all things delicious to Well Stocked Deli. After a decade working in the Super Yachting industry, Alex established Possum Provisions, a Yacht food and wine provisioning company and KiwiCrew LtdYacht Crew Agency. These businesses opened up a network of wonderful artisan suppliers of fine food and this network has now become the bedrock on which this local delicatessen is building its foundation.
